Wendy's - Jackson

I was so happy I could go in, sit down, and enjoy my lunch. The service was fantastic!

The food was excellent, just like always. I recently signed up for their rewards program and asked how to scan my points at the drive-thru window, but the employee wasn't familiar with it. The line was long, so we decided to skip it this time and try again during our next visit.

The employees at this restaurant are incredibly friendly. I plan to return because of the excellent service! I wish I had asked the name of the woman at the drive-thru today. I went back and was impressed once again. I even called to share my compliments with the manager. Manager Amy is such a sweetheart!

Something easy to do with consistent quality. Probably need to work a little bit more on customer service but don't know that it's important here.

Quick service, friendly employees, and accurate order. Only thing was my frosty wasn't frozen. It was like water.
