Contribuisci feedbackAs a Google Local Guide, my recommendation is to avoid this place because if it wasn’t for the view, this venue would receive 0 stars from me. The bartenders are poorly trained and lacking in both skill for their craft and customer service. An order for an Old Fashioned seemed to be an impossible task and when I politely asked for the drink to be remade, the bartender grew hostile, argued, then ignored me for the rest of the evening. Manager also seemed clueless on how an Old Fashioned is made, how to manage unhappy customers, and how to manage unruly employees. The impression was unprofessional. In addition, there is a balcony that goes all around the venue. Several planks in the balcony floor are not only wobbly but falling in causing a dangerous hazard. Towards the end of the evening, the same bartender in question who refused to remake my drink began slamming things around like a petty child in an attempt to intimidate my party into leaving. Another employee seemed unable to read the room when fireworks were randomly set off in the distance, as patrons walked over to view them, she began closing the doors to the balcony at that exact moment. When patrons objected, she kept saying we could just look through the glass. Nothing about this place made sense. It’s high end on the price and ice, but a very trashy experience. No legal parking anywhere near the area and kitchen closes at 11. Do not recommend going there unless you enjoy disappointment and rude service.
Ariana, the hostess at this rooftop bar, was truly exceptional. Her warm welcome and friendly service set the perfect tone for a fantastic evening. We also greatly appreciated her assistance in making future reservation for when our friends visit. The venue itself offered breathtaking views and had a fantastic happy hour menu with delicious food and drinks. Although there was a slight mix-up with our bar tab due to similar last names with other customers, Melissa quickly corrected the error with a friendly attitude. We enjoyed sharing our experience with their friendly manager Jude. Overall, we had a wonderful time and truly appreciated the excellent service at this place.
Great place to catch a view of the city. They are open to 12 midnight for drinks but beware last call for food happens about 9:45 pm. I'd rate the drinks a 7 out of 10 but you may feel different. The ambience matches your typical upscale, low-light, bar vibe with pop tunes. However, the space offers both indoor and outdoor +fireplace seating. For a Thursday night at 10 pm it wasn't busy in the least bit, which may be why the staff was huddled in the corner chatting instead of clearing the empty glasses that looked like they were there long before I arrived. All said, I'd go back. However, I would want to go to the restaurant for a romantic dinner overlooking the New York skyline first, then go up to the rooftop for drinks after.
Christian, the best bartender, is always the best service. I have had a plethora of cosmos at bars throughout Jersey and his is always perfect and he has even put me on to a cosmo with a raspberry twist on it. Can’t wait to continue enjoying the view with great drinks and my friends for the rest of the summer.
My husband and I decided to go here off of the suggestion of a friend for brunch on 8/6. And we were not disappointed. The place was amazing and so was our view. Our server Jennifer was just great! We had the po’ boy sliders and mimosas, food was so good. Looking forward to going back for the service and food.
