Sweetgreen - Jersey City

Usually, this location is about 4-stars. But, WOW, today’s Shroomami order was not at all edible. I ordered for pick up and when I got home to open, it looked like someone ate half of the salad and then POURED about a half cup of oily dressing…and then made a greasy slurry with the rest of the poor ingredients. Went straight in to the garbage.

Completely frustrating experience every time I order from this SweetGreen, don't waste your time. I consistently order the Fish Taco salad, some days it has no fish (a major ingredient), other days it has no avocado (another key ingredient), some days it's missing both. Why is it still on the menu to order if you're missing every major ingredient? Why would I want to pay the full $20, for a salad that's missing 2-3 ingredients. This is completely unacceptable, terrible terrible Sweet Green experience 50-60% of the time I order from this location. Over it at this point. There are other salad options in town.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! Just a scammer. Does this look like the portion of 2 orders of chicken?????? I ordered one grilled chicken and one blackened chicken and just take a look at it for yourself. It’s not even HALF A PORTION for the price I paid for TWO PORTIONS. All these for 25 bucks including the fees? Never again. I hope more ppl see this and know NEVER order from here. And also they seem to not understand English as I specially ask for utensils and they never learn to put utensils for your takeouts! Just a bunch of scammers. Protect your money and order from elsewhere

Salads are wonderful. However dining in jersey city location is not great. Music is way too loud , wait is long even if your the only one in line and bathrooms cleanliness is unacceptable.

Great sweet green location. Unfortunately you run into the usual sweet green sizing and prices.Staff is fantastic super nice!
