Contribuisci feedbackEating was okay, but mainly stacking American breakfast. I wish there would be more variety with the choice of food when you look at the price and that it is a brand of hyatt. I just think that the hotel can even sell more than brunch with option for a la carte with a more diverse menu. the Filipino lady who visited us was very pleasant and helpful. overall the service was very good.
The eating was very good, the intention was amazing and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. we were almost half an hour too late for our reservation and arrived shortly before their closure. without hesitation they sat us and could not come.
The food was delicious, the service was great. but the place was dirty, the floors had eating over them, the windows were dirty. I don't know what happened to cleanliness, but it's gone down definitiw. When we came to the hotel, the windows were dirty. we have made a walk along the side of the hotel and each hotel room window was dirty. it wasn't as impressive as I remembered about 6 years ago.
I made reservations for the brunch that was advertised for 4 adults and 3 children. when we showed up, the host told us that the brunch did not start until midday and our reservation was for 11 clock because that is what it showed on the website. Anyway, they served breakfast, so we seemed there and the cost, as if it were the same as the brunch.
Beautiful atmosphere, great views of NYC staff very pleasant. Great restaurant
