I hope this restaurant steps up their game. As others have mentioned, the service was great. The waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere was clean and pleasant, with the exception of the somewhat strange toilets. My biggest issue was with the inconsistency of the food. We ordered the nuggets and while some were tender, others were extremely tough, as if they had been sitting out for too long. This was very disappointing. It seems like there may be a quality control issue that needs to be resolved. I hope they address this soon. We will give them another try in a few weeks.

I appreciate the friendly service from the staff, but the quality of the food leaves much to be desired. The dishes tasted like they were frozen and pre-made, with the boneless wings lacking meat and fresh batter. The fries were average at best and did not taste fresh. The drinks were too sweet and did not taste good. However, the sauces were delicious. The service was exceptional despite the kitchen being overwhelmed, but if the food quality does not improve, I will not return. Overall, great service but the food is not worth the price.

This restaurant is not worth your time or money. We waited an hour and 10 minutes for our food when they originally told us it would only take 25 minutes. When our order finally came out, it was wrong. The wings were cold by the time we got home. The manager was rude and did not seem to understand good customer service. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is because they fixed my order quickly after asking me multiple times to confirm what I had originally ordered, even though I had the receipt in my hand.

40 minutes waiting time and Eric says her machine is 10 minutes behind. safe, but at least offer an excuse and promise to make the dinge immediately. Instead, he says "thanks again" and just gives me the bag. in addition, the wings are average in size and taste and a small size for the riders. I'm not gonna be back for the second time.
