I enjoyed touring the food laboratory to see all the ingredients from all over the world and equipment. this is really a unique culinary experience that they changed the lights, music, pictures on the wall and even the scents in the dining room with each cure. we even ate with fenced forks. we both enjoyed the around 25 courses. the price is expensive, but they only have 1 seats per night to a maximum of 18 people. I would recommend this restaurant for a special occasion. chef christopher came around and spoke to everyone who asked them what their favourite dishes are. chef christopher said he changes the menu all 4 6 months, so there is always something new.
Eculent serves a different kind of culinary experience. when they go, they pay not only for food, but for the experience of molecular eating. at least one 12-course menu for a maximum of 16 guests per night. the food is very tasty, a joy for all senses. service is excellent.
Here's a cant miss! how bostoner would say it's wicked awesome! the whole experience will blow you away! I can't give it away. but the food laboratory they use to change and change their food, they become the outer rich of what their imagination can fathom when it comes to reaching the possibility of food. I can't say enough....you have to go.
This is a true culinary experience! if you are interested in a cirque du soleil experience with eating, this will be a tasty bite.
We received a Groupon from family to celebrate our engagement. Neither of us had been to a dinner like this before and it was an awesome experience. We enjoyed trying all of the different food and flavors. Would definitely recommend this to friends for a special occasion or anniversary due to the pricing being a bit on the high side.
