It's a shame we can't give zero stars, because that's what they deliver. You can save time, and frustration by going to the location on I-94 and Hwy 50. Long waits, and incorrect orders are all they serve at this location. I would be ashamed to ownthis store. When there are new faces every time you go you know it's a failure of the owner.
For over 6 years, I have frequented this Dunkin Donuts location. It is something each time. The wait time at the checkout is roughly 30 minutes, and your order WILL be completely incorrect. The only appropriate term to use for these people is rude. Moveon if you 're not satisfied with your position or ownership. The customer field is not for everyone and is not an easyassignment. I do not recommend this establishment; it requires fresh management. Another client gone! I recommend that theunfriendly personnel smile a little more and wish them luck in the future.
I swear this Dunkin has given up on its staff and customers. The staff don't care, they're rude, and will mess a simple order up over and over and argue with you about them getting your order wrong. Save yourself some headache and aggravation and go to theDunkin by the highway or Walmart in Somers. Those owners train their staff properly and run so beautifully and efficiently.
I just left this location and ordered hash browns. How difficult can that be just hash brown. Instead I included the hash browns I was served. I live far away. I wouldn't serve my dog's this. I am very disappointed that I was served this ????????????
