Pizza Hut - Kent

I ordered pizza online for delivery and it’s been over an hour and still no food, they said they’d deliver it and still nothing at all. They didn’t even deliver it

Always a smile on employees faces. Amazing customer service and good foodLast week we had a negative experience but the manager called us, apologized and offered to remake our order. AMAZING CUSTOMER

I waited a hour and 20 minutes for my pizza only for it to be cold!!!! 2nd time 2 strikes you won’t have the opportunity of getting a 3rd. I’m taking my business elsewhere!!!

Went to pick up my carry out order only to sit at the window for at least 5 minutes. Knocked on glass. No one came over (3 people inside). Finally waved someone to wait on me only to be told they were out of pan crust and only had one of another type and my order wasn’t in yet because so many were ahead of me. I ordered papa John’s and it was ready in 15 minutes with no issues.

Terrible. Burnt. Barely any cheese. 2nd bad order recently. Used to be really good.
