Bp Truckstop - KEWDALE

I visited the restaurant around 5:25 PM on January 8th. The staff member who assisted me didn't greet me at all—he simply asked if I needed any fuel. When I was leaving, he didn't even say goodbye or wish me a good day. Good customer service includes acknowledging and greeting every customer, so I was quite disappointed by this experience.

The location is convenient, but the restrooms are frequently 'unavailable,' either blocked or closed for cleaning. During my last three visits this month, I couldn't use them at all. I’ve decided to skip this place and will start stopping at Shell from now on.

The service is excellent, and the quality of the fuel is consistently good. However, the prices might be a bit higher compared to Shell or EG.

Washroom was closed at night just for not to clean tomorrow
