Myself and my family 10 of us came here for a roast dinner on Father’s Day. Everything was just perfect very attentive friendly staff. Could not do enough for us. The roast dinner itself was absolutely delicious. Would really recommend. Thanks again
The Coach Horses Inn is one of those gems that you find by accident. Close to King 's Lynn, but in the country, the car park is spacious and when we visited (mid week) for lunch there was plenty of room. The welcoming exterior continues through to the restaurant which has seating conveniently organised so patrons can relax in comfort. There appeared to be seating outside although not an option given the cold weather on the day we visited. The menu, as I recall, is typical of country pubs but with some interesting selections not always available, including a vegetarian selection. The food was well presented and cooked to perfection. Very tasty and good proportions. A good selection of beers, spirits, etc compliment the food. The bitter was served at perfect temperature. Service was helpful and friendly without being over intrusive. Everything seemed clean and tables appeared to be sanitised after use. The amount of space makes this an appropriate place for private events. However, I am not sure of their group catering ability although the size of the car park would suggest that this wouldn 't be a problem. The web site is not very easy to read as there are too many advertisements which can be easily confused with main web page content. Because of this, I am not able to comment on whether advanced reservations are possible, etc. The Web site is such that I could not find the food menu as an 'aide mémoire ' and other details spending a few days touring the area, we visited several restaurants, etc.
A very old coaching inn on the old A47 Norfolk side of the water. Lovely little pub with lots of character. I can only hi my own opinion on this old establishment. I found the prices very high but im not a drinker and don't go in pubs very often. But £12 for half of larger and lime, a tonic water, half a Guinness and cider together and a small bottle of beck's zero. That's £4 a drink, 4 quid for a tonic water or 4 quid for half a larger, 4 quid for half a Guinness. I'm glad i don't drink. I couldn't afford to eat out as well. I wouldn't be able to afford to eat at home at them prices . But that's me. I didn't try the food so can't comment on that. But we did stay and watch the great band BarSix. You know me by now folks, honesty as always. Have a wonderful day everyone
Booked a birthday Sunday lunch. Fantastic service, food and very welcoming and polite. Even decorated the table for us! Kids and adults enjoyed the meal and time there. Thank you so much!
