Outstanding customer service Today I was served by a woman with the best and most genuine customer service care I have had the pleasure of receiving in quite a long time now. I believe she to have been the assistant manager or something like that but anyway she was just brilliantly helpful. She really stands out from the rest

All of the staff are young and really putting in their best effort. Compared to many other restaurants, these guys are exceptionally polite, provide excellent service, and the food is prepared exactly how you like it. They are both professional and delightful. This is everything one could hope for. As someone who is from out of town and has been living on the Sunshine Coast for a long time, I am thrilled that these guys are so great!

If I could I would give minus stars …. Worst McDonald I ever visited!

The drive-thru service at this restaurant is terrible! I received a Filet-O-Fish burger in a chicken deluxe burger box. Fortunately, the person who ate the fish burger was not allergic to chicken. There are many negative reviews, mostly regarding the service rather than the food. It makes me wonder what the management is doing to address these issues.

Completely useless. They will almost always forget something from your order. I'm not talking about every now and then... I mean EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Pro tip: always double check your order before leaving and never order online.
