A small menu but good choices and a very friendly host. Very busy on our visit but people come and go and do not linger so there is usually a table available at lunchtime.
Good Service and good Meal. We took brea and pear sandwich and the chicken wings. Thanks a lot. Cocktail Pimms was very nice.
This place isn’t as charming as other places in Kinsale’s historic centre, but it serves good coffee and we enjoyed the food sausage rolls, toasted cheese sandwiches and seafood chowder on their outdoor terrace overlooking the harbour.
We had booked here for Monday evening. Changed the time we originally booked for when we were told the kitchen closed at 9:00pm. When we arrived for our booking at 8 we were told the kitchen was closed. They had run out of food despite us making it clear when we were booking that we wanted food. This is a disappointing thing to see as we then had to try and find somewhere else for food during peak season. A phone call would have been appreciated so we could try to organise something else sooner but nothing was mentioned until we arrived and were seated.
