Contribuisci feedbackI recently visited this restaurant to purchase two six-inch subs. Unfortunately, the Italian herb and cheese bread lacked flavor as it seemed to be mostly plain white bread. Additionally, the temperature of the cooler for the vegetables and meats appeared to be too high, as there was frost in all the containers. Many of the vegetables were old and beginning to wilt or spoil. The most concerning issue was when an employee answered a phone call while wearing gloves and handling my food. It's important to show a bit more care and attention to avoid potential health risks.
The waiter who served me was very friendly and welcoming. He made my experience feel personal and enjoyable. Vatsal has a kind heart and personality that brings positivity to the restaurant. I wish there were more people like him. He truly brightened my day.
The 6-inch meatball sub was delicious. I even brought some home for a midnight snack.
Absolutely pathetic experience. The staff member behaves as if the shop is his. It's not that I don't know his name but I am not denigrating myself to his level.His customer handling skills are zero. The only request for Subway is that either you guys hire people who knows how to work or train the recruits and teach them the importance of customer satisfaction. The guy there behaves as if he was giving away charity. I encourage Subway to train their staff regarding the importance of treating every race and ethnicity with respect.
