20a - Koebenhavn

20A is a small, cozy, and pleasant place with jovial servants and a very small menu card: dish of the day (meat and fish of the day. Also, three starters (incl. a soup and charcuterie and one deserts. That’s a fine concept and can give you a good meal at a decent price. We paid just 145 kr. for a very well-prepared lamb. The same value for money didn’t go for the starter. It sounded tempting as it was octopus. It showed up, that it was a cold salad with very tiny strips of (marinated? octopus with much more of salat/vegetables. The octopus almost disappeared. The price was very close to the main dish (125 kr. . Not worth it (and interesting enough . Wine card is quite big for such a small place, but to my taste much too French. And nothing from overseas. They charge for water upon the somewhat expensive wines. Bad habit, but at least it was only 15 kr. pr. person.

We meant to go somewhere else and landed here. Outside was full so we had to stay inside, where it was beautiful, but quite warm. We got a small tasting to start. Then we shared garlic soup, sea bass with caponata and chicken tikka masala with rice. The food was good, perhaps the chicken was the best for us. The caponata was over flavouring the fish and was a bit too salty. The soup was ok, but not really a tasty dish, very light. The rice had different flavours, good. Prices according to the area.

Went there for a family diner in the so called dinerweek. Charming place, very friendly people, and the food so delicsius, we had a 3 course menu and a vine menu, it was a perfect choise for us, everything was absolutly perfect, and very tasty, and the vinemeny fitted perdect as well, We really will recommend this little cosy place.

The food the night be went was delicious. It happened to be a pre-fix menu and it could not have been better. The restaurant is quite small but they manage to fit many tables in and service does not suffer at all. We had delicious wine along with out starter and beef bourguignon was excellent. Dessert was also delicious. This place is located in Nørrebro and is a popular place to go. Reservations recommended. This would not be an accessible restaurant.

Great local eatery offering 2 choices of starter, 2 mains which changes every day. Sorry can't say about desserts because we were too stuffed by that time. In addition to the starters there is a charcutery plate which was of a very high quality. Food was excellent, great wine choice. Lovely atmosphere.
