I highly recommend Chubby’s Crab Food Trailer. In my New Orleans voice, the food was off de chain! In other words, it was delicious. The fish was perfectly seasoned. Not too salty and not too peppery, but just right. The potato Don’t leave Rosenberg this week end without visiting Chubby Crab Food truck.

We have been following Chubby’s since the beginning of his business in the small trailer he originally had. He has AMAZING food and his employees are so friendly and courteous!! You won’t be disappointed in this experience.

Today was our first time trying the food after reading very great reviews. We were greeted with friendly people and a great vibe. The food was very good and when he returns to Rosenberg we will be buying again. I guess today was my lucky day as I was ordering he said that plate is on me so I received a free seafood platter and I was speechless. I do gotta give them credit the food is full of flavor and very delicious. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED If y’all missed out, when he returns y’all need to try it out. Won’t be disappointed. My hunni and my dad got the catfish and shrimp w fries and I received the seafood platter with sausage/potatoes/ shrimp on the house..

I got a shrimp basket had 5 small fry shrimp and the plate was just full with frozen fries. I wouldn't recommend it at all their was no much effort into cooking this meal.
