They couldn’t verify anything else on the menu was gluten free although it probably was (eg chicken rice and veggies).
Their menu cards have clearly marked that you can get gluten-free pizza and pasta
GF pizza and pasta advertised on menu, tastes like rice/potato/tapioca type base (servers unsure), 10-12” full size wood-fired pizza, I thought it was very tasty, definitely at least serviceable, server even asked if celiac precautions needed, came out quickly (possibly as I did not ask for celiac precautions)
The waiter asked about how bad my allergy was and warned me about cross contamination on the chips. My pizza took forever and wasn't very good. Ceviche (without chips) was good.
