Firehouse Subs Lakeway Commons

By far the best Firehouse location I've ever been. I've eaten regularly here for a few years and I've never been disappointed. Service is always excellent, food is great, and I appreciate how the owner is present and always ensures that the place goes well. I have to eat gluten-free and they are great for taking food allergies. Very recommended!

This location is our favorite sandwich shop! Unfortunately, the franchise owner who works the register has ruined our experience. His presence was unpleasant and he makes the other employees look miserable? not to mention his service skills are subpar and he never smiles. I never had a problem with my order until the owner took my order. The food tasted as if it had been made very angic? After we have received such a terrible service and a bad sandwich, we decided that this is a place we will visit NIE again. I wanted to ask for a refund, but I didn't want the owner to argue about the missing napkins. Avoid this place when you can.
