I've always wanted to eat here. I've just had breakfast and I was not disappointed. It was cold and raining outside but warm and cosy in the cafe. Great food, friendly staff, loved the ambiance and setting. I highly recommend this hidden gem. They also do lunch, and dinner Thursday Friday & Saturday. The menu looks delicious. Can't wait to come back and try dinner menu

Went for lunch with the family and couldn't be happier with the food ,coffee and service. It was busy but the staff were great and the service was quick . Throughly enjoyed our outing.

This was an unexpected find in Lara. A lovely building in the "lakes" area. Well done to Millars on establishing in this location. First impressions early on a quiet Saturday morning were positive with a very friendly and efficient young man taking our order. However, our coffees were not hot enough and delay in serving our basic food (fruit toast and a basic toastie) were unacceptable - well over half an hour when it was quiet and there were only 3-4 tables occupied. This frustrating kitchen inefficiency (despite three cooking staff) let down a promising experience and probably means we would not go back.

Our group of 13 hungry walkers visited after a morning in the You Yangs. Millars easily accommodated our group and served us quickly and professionally. The food was surprisingly fast given how busy they were, and everyone was happy with the quality and size of portions (huge). Great value for money too.
