Contribuisci feedbackI had the worst customer service experience at this Starbucks. The staff is unfriendly and always seems to have a negative attitude. I've visited this location several times since it’s the nearest Starbucks to me, but the service never improves. If it were possible, I would give this place zero stars.
I arrived 10 minutes before closing. After waiting five minutes without any acknowledgment from the barista, she finally recognized us and told us they were closed. When I asked if they had closed early, she rolled her eyes and simply said "5 minutes." I was hoping to grab a tea for my sister, who has a cold. Ultimately, I ended up having to drive across town to another Starbucks.
The staff member seemed inattentive to the customers, as he was too busy chatting with a coworker. When their conversation wrapped up, he merely glanced our way and abruptly informed us that we needed to order from this counter, not the other one. The latte I ordered was quite disappointing; it didn't taste like there was much coffee in it at all.
Starbucks is the most over rated place. The coffee is not good and I've tried allot of there coffees and they ALL TASTE LIKE BURNT A Sorry for the language. But the food is all frozen nothing is fresh except the fruit the service isnt good people we're yelling at each other to get drinks done 3 people before me got the wrong orders and had to wait even longer. Hate Starbucks HATE.
Barista was very friendly and pleasant and my london fog latte was amazing.
