Awsome spot to have some dinner and a beer, someone the most excellent authentic grub, Ruby's is the cats meow !!

Was really good the one time I had it, but their hours appear to be wrong. Says 12-8 on weekends but it’s 2pm now and closed. Bit of a distance to drive just to find it closed

Took my kids this afternoon. We ordered one chicken quesadilla and one asada quesadilla. Ruby and her daughter are sweet and friendly, food was amazing (as you can see from picture my son was devouring it), and the new atmosphere at Nameless Saloon was peaceful with music playing in the background.

I was in Texas and found this adorable food truck with the best Mexican food I’ve ever tried. You can taste the authenticity of the food. Most importantly the love that’s put into the food. I knew I had to have more so I hired Casita Ruby to come to Southern California to cater her famous Birria tacos and they were hit. Coming from So Cal we are known for good Mexican food but I haven’t been able to find nothing like Casita Ruby’s Birria tacos they were just as good as I remembered.
