Sushi O - Lecanto

The sushi at this restaurant is outstanding! I will certainly be coming back! While the service may be a bit slow, it's definitely worth the wait. They also offer amazing lunch specials! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, especially for Hernando.

The sushi at this restaurant is exceptionally fresh, featuring some of the best tuna and salmon sashimi I've ever had. The Asian O Roll, which blends spicy tuna and spicy salmon, was fantastic. My wife enjoyed the shrimp and vegetable tempura, and our guest kept raving about the fried coconut flounder. Our waitress was quick, knowledgeable, and very attentive. We will definitely be coming back!

The shrimp appetizer was the best shrimp tempura I've ever tasted, and the yum yum sauce was simply delightful! I had this dish at a ladies' luncheon last week, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
