I have never received such bad customer service in my life. When I was in the queen, I noticed that the manager was extremely rude to her colleague, and spoke to him in a very oppressive and abhorrent way. that made me. very uneasy to say that at least. simmone was unhappy with how abu served the customers, and advised him that he was slow, this was addressed before the customers. I found that this was very unprofessional and that the issue should be discussed privately. abu was clearly uncomfortable and under pressure. that was obvious when he apologized and said it was my first day in five months, I assured him that he could last as long as he needed it. then I asked for a cake and asked one at the front because the others were broken. at this point turned around simmone aggressiw and said well that it is the one she would have got anyway that I was shocked by this confrontation and felt pretty embarrassing. I asked simmone why she dictated which cake I would have, that seemed very unusual. simmon said that was because the others were frozen it disturbed me that frozen cakes were sold. I felt this was an excuse to dress up simmones behavioral rules. simmone then faced me. at this place I asked for her name, because I wanted to get in touch with the office. simmone replied, I am the manager I had to make clear that I did not ask her job role, I asked about her name. Simmone then apologised sarcastically and laughed himself and murmured under his breath. I feel extremely empathic for anyone who has them as a man, when they speak with their colleagues, to customers, I can only imagine what happens when no customers are present. I am of the view that simmone must go on a management course, this will allow her to manage her communication skills, management skills and ability to complain professionally.
I had a shocking experience in my local caffe nero that I visit several times in the week. I was uncomfortable with the way she talked to a worker and found it very good. then she tried to justify this by advising it. was his first day after a few months back. I then replied that, regardless of the fact that I would always make sure that I was respectful and polite for my colleagues. then she was very upset and huffing and puffing around which felt very unpleasant. then I asked simone’s colleague about the cake on the back of the cake stand, as this looked particularly delicious! then she abruptly interrupted to check which cake I wanted and advised “that would be the one that I would get anyway because they are in datum order” I found again this unprofessional and unprofessional to speak with a customer on this wise. I was extremely embarrassed and worried for me and her colleague. When I paid, I decided to ask her colleague for her name, because I didn't want to leave the office about this shocking experience. simone must overhear and accuse of the “My name is simone and I am the manager”. I'm not sure why she wanted to allow me that she wasn't the manager? or if this was away from her to justify her unacceptable behavior. I was very confused about why she said that. cafe nero has always been my first choice since I love the coffee and the atmosphere here, but unfortunately I will visit from now on the dieucks next door in the future.
Excellent place, great coffee and good food. my only critic is that he always freezes in caffè nero. please sort this harm
