Absolutely disgusting customer service!! Took 20 mins in drive through, can’t scan QR code for rewards and attitude is ‘don’t care’. Asked for plates to go with boneless bucket and he gave us 1!!! Every time we go there’s a problem it’s manned by idiots!

If greasy food is your thing, this place is for you! Practically inedible chicken because it was dripping with oil/grease. Absolutely disgusting, won’t ever return.

The restaurant inside was fairly quiet but the drive thru was busier. Staff stood around chatting whilst tables needed clearing and the floor sweeping. Staff had clearly not had much customer service training. Ridiculously long wait for food but it was ok when it finally arrived. Won’t rush back.

Absolutely rubbish. I would have taken a photo but didn't have a macro lens on my camera. Portion sizes have shrunken down to miniscule. Definitely will not return and suggest you do not waste your money!
