We worked at this hotel in June 2022, and we have to say that, besides a hotel with terrible hygiene conditions, millions of flies throughout the hotel, on the food, the pool, in the rooms... they treat their employees in the worst way without paying them and force them to work more than 12 hours a day. without fulfilling the conditions agreed in the contract. My partner works as a cleaner and I work as a waitress, so first we know the terrible quality of cleanliness in the hotel and in the kitchen. The owners are a couple who is only interested in money. The man demands that the workers take the money from the customers. He is only interested in it without worrying about his employees, the hours they work and the quality of the place. If you're looking for a job here, be careful! They don't deliver anything that was promised. As we before completing the process time (also a few days because it begged us) the owner tells us that we are not paid for extra hours. She said it was in the contract. That's even a lie. Since we do not speak French, we translated it We had a terrible experience in this place. Many employees are very nice, but the owner pair has dragged us into the face.

Great hotel can not wait to go back

We booked a room for 2 without balcony for 2 nights. Room was pretty basic, with some smaller issues. However during the first night we were kept awake by a humming sound. Most horrible night ever in a hotel. We couldn 't sleep not even with ear plugs. A friend of ours stayed in the room next to us, same experience. So we went to the reception an explained the situation. First reaction was that this is what you should expect when you book a cheaper room (with out balcony and mountain view). It took quite some effort to convince hotel management to offer us new rooms. During the rest of our stay they were pretty 'icecold '.
