Clean thruout, fresh table linens, cloth napkins, flowers and candles. Located in the center of a small farm village, easy to reach from the Autobahn, at the edge of the Black Forest. Make reservations on weekend. Large sunroom for bigger parties. Friendly and efficient staff. Moderate prices. Assorted desserts, cakes, ice creams and coffees. One of my favorite places to meet friends and celebrate or just eat a good meal.

I can only recommend. eating is very good and plentiful. the variety of menus offered is rare. there are home cooking for all tastes. even diet is offered

A family run restaurant with an authentic menu that changes to meet the season. We live in the area and it is within walking distance which is a perk, but even so, I would happily drive. You are always greeted, and even through everyone is running to ensure their guests are happy, they always have time for a pleasant word for everyone. It would appear there are many returning guests, which also boasts of the menu and the genuineness of the staff. Highly recommended, and very good value, albeit a bit out of the way. Too bad they do not have outdoor seating for the summer months.

We are more often in the green tree, as here service and excellent eating meet. tiny deductions are available for the lack of parking.

We often come to family-proof in the green tree. the foods have a consistent quality and usually come to the table at the same time. However, it would be nice if the daily card would be changed occasionally and you would get new food offered. all in all, the visit is worth every time.
