Pure Eats - Lexington

We Stopped in after a Wrestling Match VMI. They had just decorated for Christmas so they restaurant was very cozy! Food was amazing,The Staff were all Friendly and Helpful for our first time there! Would recommend and return.

I’m local and live in pretty close walking distance to pure eats. I go often and usually don’t have any problems. But today was the worst service I’ve ever had from this place, it was almost as if done on purpose. Went in today (12/5 at around 2pm) and order 2 grilled chicken sandwiches; one with pickles and lettuce, the other with only pickles and onion. Also ordered a donut. Cashier made a phone call when going to the back (mentioned she was a florist if that helps determine who this was) and then gossiped with the cook. Cashier brings out my food with a smile on her face and said “here’s your hot and ready food made especially just for you!” Smiled said thank you. Got home from my not even 3 minute walk down the street and my sandwiches were cold. One sandwich didn’t even have the lettuce on it that I asked for and instead was tomato. Also was a random tomato on mine with the onion and pickle. Also did not receive my donut that I ordered. Am very disappointed and not sure if I will be coming back. Mistakes happen but when they happen very often and are lied to the customers face about it is truly unacceptable. I don’t blame the business or the owner at all but these workers need to be help accountable. And I would like my donut lol.

Food was great, locally owned which was nice. I had to get my own refills which I did not enjoy. The outdoor dining was rather ... rustic to put politely. I would eat here again though for the good food and support of local business

Good burgers and sides with a refreshing pilsner. Best when the weather allows you to eat outside.

Stayed in Lexington for a couple of nights and the owner of the inn said that this place had the best doughnuts in the world, so I had to try them. He was right! I got the plain and it was delicious. Service was fast and friendly and the place had a really neat vibe. Will definitely eat here again when I’m in the area.
