One of the best McDonald's I go to. Very good food and fast service. The customer service is very well as well.

Small town McDonald's are always a little questionable but the one in Libby does it right. This McDonald's works fast and makes food fresh. Even with COVID-19 they are able to keep people moving in the drive thru. Notable items include the quarter pounder, McNuggets, and fries which were all fresh and even looked like what the pictures on the menu look like. Service was nice and friendly. I highly recommend this drive thru for anyone passing by.

I don't know why there are bad reviews. It's McDonalds. You know what you are going to get. I made my order with a small modification from standard. It came quickly and was exactly what I was expecting and would get at any McDonalds. It's fast food, not fine food.

McDonald's is good for a quick bite to eat on the go. I like the new artisan burgers and chicken sandwiches, they are tasty and not as greasy. Always love the fries.

Bought a bunch of food tonight for the kids. Got to the window, paid, waited a few minutes, eventually i got my food which is great but one of the girls there just refused to give me my meal drink. I had ordered an additional drink, and she claimed that was my drink when I specifically wanted milk with my meal. Long argument, I didn't get a drink that i paid for because they refused to give it to me.
