The reason for this lengthy introduction is to say that if you have dietary (or budget) restrictions, you should definitely head straight to Big Bowl. Their combo menus provide plenty of food for two people. The Veg-Cantonese Chow Mein I had was a delicious mix of noodles and steamed vegetables, and they didn't skimp on the variety, unlike some cheaper places. The green apple mojito was a bit too sweet, but still refreshing. Overall, it’s a simple and satisfying choice in Chinatown!

As someone of Chinese descent, I usually find myself ordering traditional Chinese dishes like sweet and sour pork and lemon chicken only about once every hundred visits to Chinese restaurants. While there are plenty of other culinary delights to try, I still have a strange craving for those classic dishes combined with the crispy spring rolls, which I rediscovered during a trip to Hong Kong after visiting the Peking area. First visit with the family, wait five minutes until the table is set up. the service was fast and easy, the staff was courteous and friendly. three dishes and two appetizers ordered. *curried fish balls *siu mai *won tonsuppe *char sui reis *five seasoned duck, huh, char sui nudeln * lemon and honigte came to £41 all very tasty, we loved the appetizer, good portions also. will definitely be back to visit.

Very good, authentic Chinese food available here at Big Bowl Noodle Bar. The dishes are quickly prepared and always delicious. Each time I have eaten here, the staff have been friendly and both the restaurant and its facilities are clean. The atmosphere can feel a little sterile due to the bright lights, but having only eaten here for lunch, this is not an issue at all. The inclusion of other peoples' dining experiences as a part of the decor is a very cute addition. The only issue ever faced here was on one instance where the kitchen seemed to forget about our order, but we received a free round of drinks and huge apologies once we pointed this out. They seemed embarrassed but it was a sincere mistake. The cost of the food is very reasonable, considering what you receive. I will eat here again.
