Great service and used for a morning tea when staying in hotel very nearby. Very clean with friendly staff. Nice outside area right opposite the Town Hall

The staff at this restaurant is amazing - always willing to help and with a great sense of humor. They always have a smile on their face, even in the early morning.

I don't understand the appeal of Greggs. While they are affordable and easily accessible, the food is often unappetizing and the coffee is not drinkable. I had a bland tuna baguette and a bitter coffee. It's not worth the price if the experience isn't enjoyable. This review is not specific to this particular location, as I have had similar experiences at other Greggs outlets. This visit was the final disappointment for me.

My twin brother Stephen and I were exploring the bars on the beautifully pedestrianized Castle Street when we decided to stop into Greggs for a quick bite to eat. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we each ordered two sausage rolls. They were absolutely delicious, filling, and in my opinion, the best sausage rolls in Liverpool. They were perfect for satisfying our hunger while enjoying a beer or two. This Greggs location is wonderful and definitely worth a visit if you're in the area. It's easy to find along Castle Street.
