Many times we been to rumi restaurant the previous place was nice and better. Services was good, food also good but we can't find more food options on menu don't know why...

Went on a Wednesday late afternoon after some shopping. The food was awesome and the service was excellent. We ordered Bhuna Ghosht, Tarka Daal and a Gourmet Burger. There were some other interesting dishes on the menu which we would try if we visited again. Only thing i will say was the food was Hot eventhough we had requested Medium. Just be mindful of this and request mild if you cant take the chilli. Its conveniently located to the multi-storey £5 a day Car Park and has Namaz/Wudhu facilities.

Absolutely terrible service! Booked a table last week on saturday for 7:30pm. We arrived at the restaurent got seated. It had been about 15 minutes an no one had come to get our order. I asked the guy working if we could place order. He had the worst attitude and customer service skills I have ever come across! He said we would have to wait as the kitchen was too busy apparently! I mean what kind of service is that! I have never been to a restaurent that have said the kitchens busy so we can’t place an order! They shouldnt take bookings if they can’t handle the pressure. Im not being funny but it wasnt even that busy in there. I do not recommend this place to anyone! Glad I walked out definatley do not deserve my money! Don’t bother going to this horrible place

I liked the restaurants, the service was very good, even the décor is attractive. I'd like to visit it again

Went in to get a takeaway and wasn't too impressed being told it's cash only. The food is nothing special considering it cost more than your run of the mill Indian. Probably just stay local next time.
