Contribuisci feedbackI walked into this subway feeling a bit hesitant due to past experiences with rude employees and incorrect orders, but today was a completely different story! I was warmly greeted by a young man named Brendan, who was exceptionally polite and friendly throughout my visit. He really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome! My food was perfectly made—10 out of 10! Both the food and service were excellent. After today’s experience, I will definitely be coming back! You made a great choice when you hired this young man!
Carley Stancil provided excellent service and truly excels in customer care. However, it was incredibly hot inside the restaurant. We ended up taking our order to go because the air conditioning seemed to be malfunctioning. I can't imagine how the staff manages to work in such heat.
The subway is exceptionally clean, and the food is fantastic. However, if you are considering hiring young teenagers, they are required to wear hats, and anyone with short, medium, or long hair must have their hair tied back or covered with a hairnet. The staff members are very friendly and welcoming when you arrive. They are patient and always ready to assist you.
Despite a very rude customer in front of me who threatened the staff with a bad review, the staff treated the situation well. Personally we had no problems with the service. You're young. Be patient.
