The restaurant was easy to locate, however, the service was poor and the food order was incorrect. We waited a long time for our drinks, while the waitstaff were more focused on chatting in groups rather than attending to customers. The food was mediocre at best, and the waitress took our order before we could even finish our last bite. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The service at this restaurant was poor. They didn't seem to realize we had a reservation because they couldn't find the booking in their system. We had to wait a long time for our drinks to be served. The food was satisfying, but removing plates while some guests were still eating was highly inappropriate.

We decided to carb load before the London Marathon. Initially, we were seated near the door to the outdoor deck, but when we requested to move, our request was promptly accommodated. The pizzas were enormous, which surprised me as a celiac used to receiving half the portion size of my husband's order. However, this restaurant provided an amazing gluten-free pizza that was the same size as my husband's. We were so impressed that we decided to save the restaurant for our next visit to the city.

Old scones, pretty bad tasting food. Tea from the packet rather than loose leaf. Didn't finish half of the food. Felt like a tourist trap.

Despite enviable position, restaurant is dirty, poorly run and decidedly average. Very disappointing meal with ad hoc service, trays of dirty dishes piled high nearby, and so so food. Quality-price ratio poor.
