I will recommend your restaurant to as many friends as I can because your food is excellent.

An Iconic bar /pub of Halifax...typical so just come for a beer or four and check it out. Nova Scotian hospitality rocks...however we can not be necessarily kind if too much liquor, yet that goes for anywhere! Howdy

Excellent location is all it has. Plain dull and greasy food. Typically a university dive bar. Close to the casino and downtown ferry and bus service. Has open air tables both inside and out. Not a family restaurant nor a place for children. Sometimes frequented by intoxicated peopled. Overpriced for the quality of food received. Myself, I would stay away from this one unless your a party animal looking to score university chicks. P.s. Bring your "A" game.

Went to The Split Crow Pub with the family for some Pub food. Waitress didn't seem too friendly at times. But the service was very fast and the food was out to us very quickly. A few of the Menu items were not available because they had run out. The draft was great. Nice ice cold local lager. Ordered the steak, done quite tasty. Not a bad experience. Would recommend.

Stopped in for a quick bite late Thursday night. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good typical pub fare and the beer was cold. Unfortunately we were one of only two tables occupied. I would have wished more business for them.
