Bistro Bros. Bbq - Lynchburg

This classic, no-frills BBQ joint serves a robust, molasses-based BBQ style and offers some tasty sides. The pulled pork is absolutely delightful!

As many of you know, I typically provide very detailed reviews, and I wanted to give this place a score of 5 or 4. I’ve dined here twice, and while the BBQ sandwiches are excellent, I found that they didn't have enough barbecue sauce on either one. The new cashier was friendly and very helpful; she clearly has great customer service skills and is on the path to success—keep it up, and you’ll go far! The wait time wasn’t long, but I believe that offering discounts to the right customers can lead to positive outcomes. One of the former employees received her discount, which was a nice touch.

Sandwiches are amazing. Beer prices are greatest BBQ spots around.

The chicken barbecue was absolutely delightful! The barbecue sandwich was the best I've had in ages at a restaurant. If you're looking for fantastic food and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, this is the spot for you. I do wish they offered sweet tea, though, as all the drinks are either bottled or canned.

The best barbecue in Lynchburg! You definitely need to visit and give it a try.
