Bojangles - Lynchburg

My wife and I went there and I took 30 minutes to get a chicken sandwich and every employee in there was just fooling around with the exception of one older gentleman who seemed like he really cared about his job. Also one employ should up to eitherdrunk or high on something and went out side and got in to another employees car buy accident. He should have been fired on thespot. I really don't understand today's work force and these people are supposed to worth 18 an hour what a joke
