TGI FRIDAYS - Lynchburg

Poor management. my man never got his guts. my gut was over boiled and I sent it back. management never came to our table to apologize or explain delays and mixups. the server tried their best, but obviously kitchen staff and management were not concerned about our dissatisfaction and terrible experience.

Our waiter could not answer our questions. he said I could use my strips for filet mignon what I wasn't. he was not familiar with the article in the menu. my daughter wanted a tasteful tee from the fountain, he said they only have a drink that they made at the bar so that a waste of 3.59

We had a pre-prom dinner for my dsughter and we made reservations for 10. some of the party was a little too late, but they still set us up. the staff was polite and fulfilled my expectations.

Great food. the customer service was great and I really enjoyed it.

I liked it because the food was Amazing and the Waitress was very nice and actually communicated with you other than just take your order and leave.
