Very regrettable and imagination condomium. The gymnasiums are fantastic. simply not so convenient for public transport

We just move here few weeks ago.,. And we really love the facilities provided it’s really nice and my kids enjoyed their indoor playground... However it’s just very upsetting with your receptionist behavior.,.,The way she talk to the customer in a very rude tone in B1 her name is Sherry Cai when we came for the registration of my kids!! I believed that she is there to help everyone if any matter occurs and customer is the main priority., I am just hoping that this will not happen again in future and hopefully the person who will be incharge is helpful and polite. It will greatly much appreciated!! Thank You

The premises are just fine. The staff tries to help. Polite and well dressed. The management, especially one Miss Sabrina, is worthless. Never present, never return phone calls, never solves any problem. After 3 years never even try to solve problems with air con, faucets, door handlers. I lost my wallet and try to get a new card. My card is cancelled. How is it possible? I use it until Saturday. Staff needs to talk with the manager. I gave my mobile. No one calls. I call twice: Ms Sabrina is busy, is in a meeting and after 5 out! Do anyone know someone responsible over there?
