The Melting Pot - Macclesfield

The Melting Pot is a cozy cafe located in the heart of Maccy, known to locals for its delicious cakes and pastries (which are not your average Balfours). They also offer made-to-order sandwiches and rolls. While their coffee is decent, their cakes are definitely the highlight! Their gluten-free and regular options are both excellent. I particularly enjoy their brownies and lemon cakes. The atmosphere is relaxed, with seating available indoors and outdoors. The front space is adorned with beautiful old chairs and decorations. It's a great place to stop by for a quick lunch or a leisurely afternoon meal.

The Melting Pot is a basic little cafe in the heart of Maccy (as it's quaintly known by locals). They have really nice pies and pasties (not your average Balfours ones) and they also do sandwiches and rolls to order. Their coffee okay but on the flip side their cakes are great! Both their gluten and gluten free range are very good. I particularly love their brownies and lemon tarts. It's a really relaxed atmosphere with seating both inside and outside and lovely old chairs and decor in their front room. Great place to stop if you are passing through and want a bite to eat for lunch or a sneaky afternoon tea.

I have found my new favorite restaurant! I recently went for a late lunch with my best friend and we absolutely love sharing dishes.
