Bridgeview Diner - Mackinaw City

This charming little diner offers delicious food. I especially enjoyed the chopped pickles!

I ordered an omelette, anticipating hash browns, but instead, I received some kind of white, seasoned sliced potatoes. Now, I generally don’t like potatoes; in fact, I strongly dislike them. But I decided to give these a try, and I’m so glad I did! I finished my potatoes — that cook is the first person I’ve met who made potatoes I could actually enjoy! So, Mr. Cook, if you’re reading this, you deserve an extra star for that. As for the omelette, it was pretty good too. Sure, I could order an omelette at any other diner, but those potatoes? They were something special!

I stopped by for a quick burger, and both the food and service were excellent. However, the restaurant could benefit from a thorough cleaning and dusting.

You have the best burger in the world! Simple, yet absolutely delicious! The cheeseries were fantastic too! This was my first time in the area, and after seeing the great reviews, I decided to give it a try. We opted for outdoor seating since it was such a lovely day. The highlight of the experience was definitely the staff – they were friendly, funny, and took the time to chat with us. I will definitely be coming back when I’m in the area again! YUM!

The cook I think is the owner, and really nice, friendly and friendly. This is the second time that we are here and will come back, like my family for years. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to take your family for a fantastic meal is THE SST OF PLACE!
