Teddywedgers - Madison

Delicious pastry that I discovered by accident. The service was super friendly and fast. I ordered a sausage pastry with hot sauce and found my new favorite fast food in the city. The pastry was still hot and delicious with its egg and cheese filling.This shop is a great spot for quick, tasty, and cheap food. Loved it and will be back!

Satisfying meal for a great price. Every flavor they offer is great, but the best part is the service. Every time I go in they treat me like an old friend. I've come to really appreciate this place on a bad day. P.s. Breakfast pasties are an excellenthangover cure.

We've lived in the Madison area for 7 years, and I'm sad we just now discovered Teddywedgers. The Chickpea Curry Handpie was phenomenal, and one of the best curries I've ever had. I was so happy there was a vegetarian option! My husband loved hischeesy, pepperoni one. We'll definitely be back!

I like this place as a good and inexpensive breakfast on a Saturday morning. the pasties range from traditional, meat and tomato (w/veggies), quasi-calzone (minus the tomato sauce,) to breakfast bread. I prefer the breakfast pasties most (w/egg, cheese and meat/beer), and then the traditional one to lunch. very tasty, cheap and fill out. and the warm food really meets the place' on cool tomorrow!

I visited teddywedgers for lunch on a last weekday. it is a tiny business on a triangular corner without sitting directly opposite the capitol. if however the weather cooperates, there is a lot of sitting outside on the place the menu consists of a lot of pasties. I was not familiar with pasties, so I asked the cashier what they were. the cash that was friendly and congenial showed me a 1/2 that looked like a calzone and said the traditional are filled with meat and vegetables. He recommended to get only half order for me. that was an excellent recommendation, as I was decided by the time I ended my half for the cheesy pfefferoni filling. it was good...read more
