When we arrived we realised that we had been here before when it was still an apple place Johnny Ripe?? . All the meat is free range. Local produce is used. I love this concept. The service was friendly. The coffee was pretty good. We had the harvest bowl with poached egg $21 and the wild herb and duck linguine $22 . Fairly expensive for lunch items. The harvest bowl had coriander in it, which we didn't expect and therefor we didn't say that we don't like this. It was chopped too small to take it out. The linguine was nice, the blistered grapes were a very nice and different addition. It did miss some flavour though, some fullness. All the food looked amazing. We sat outside in the sun which was very lovely!
Main Ridge Harvest is a lovely escape from the chilly weather. Perched high above fields and vineyards, it offers a stunning setting. A cozy fire in the center of the restaurant kept us warm. Although the full menu looked tempting, we opted for just desserts. The service was great, with friendly staff. Prices were fair and fitting for the scenic location. A must-visit for everyone.
We had an amazing meal at a charming farm. The restaurant is still pretty new, so it wasn't very crowded even on a weekend. However, based on our experience, we anticipate that changing soon! The chicken was perfectly seasoned and incredibly tender and juicy. The crispy skin barramundi was cooked perfectly and had a unique flavor. Unfortunately, the garden salad and soggy, thinly cut chips were disappointing. Despite this, we were overall satisfied with our meal and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be recommending this place.
The restaurant had a welcoming ambiance. The coffee was excellent and the food was beautifully cooked. I will definitely be returning. We tried the Apple and pork sausage roll and the pulled Lamb burger.
Main ridge harvest is a beautiful tension from the cold weather. embedded over fields and weinberge, it is a picturesque location. a beautiful fire sits in the middle of the spatial areas that keep everyone warm. the menu looked delicious, but we only went for desserts. the service was good and the staff was friendly. the prices were reasonable and on place for the location.
