Kfc - Makaha

My 16 pieces original bucket was burnt, otherwise, too expensive.

We order a 2 piece meal and a 12 piece hot wings.We are so disappointed because this has happened to us many times before and we wanted to give it another try. We keep coming back because we love KFC and we keep taking the chances of having good products but again we are disappointed. Wings has been refried and has no taste and is very hard and dry. The 2 piece chicken taste old. Not sure what is happening but this has been happening way too many times.

Drive thr is fast c/s is good . Chicken ? is small.

Do not waste your time here!!! There speaker box is broken so you have to wait in line to order at the window. They should have someone go outside and take orders, especially when there is a long line of cars. So of course after I wait 20 minutes in line and get up to the window they have only 12 biscuits when I wanted to order more and no chicken breasts. Of course I would've known this 20 minutes earlier if they had someone outside taking orders. By this time I just want to get my family some dinner and leave so they take my order and after I pay tell me that it's going to take a bit for my order so I need to pull around back and wait. WTF? You just told me I would have to wait for biscuits which I decided not to do, but now I still have to wait for my order. Worst customer service ever! I'll go to Popeyes from now on

The chicken tenders were cooked nicely. The drive thru employee was very nice. The only problem I found, is that they close to early.
