The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf - Makati

Nice clean cafe. It wasn't busy when we visited at around 10am so we parked ourselves on the night big table to the side. Pesto roll was ok - I was needing a break from 2 weeks straight eating such savoury Filipino dishes so different taste of pesto and chicken was a welcomed flavour to my mouth. Place is a bit crowded since most people have their meetings here. Their Swedish Berries are a must-have. ???? Polite staff! The sound system is a bit loud though.

After J Cupcakes with their dry cupcakes we decided to have a drink before heading back to BGC. It's a good spot to wait for you ride being at the at entrance. A cup of their iced tea and a cool place is enough while waiting, but outside seating wasn't too hot, but obviously the our drinks never made it to the car. It was such a hot day. eater.ph

My favorite CBTL branch starting today. CBTL always offers and never fails to offer great coffee/tea, great food and great service. My second home away from home -- comfortable seats, fast wi-fi connection, a peaceful place where you can work.
