Dunkin' - Marriottsville

One lazy guy took 15 minutes to get a coffee at 4 pm. Nobody in the store. Cold coffee then. Full of flies inside

The slowest, most inefficient Dunkin around. How an establishment can have a consistent 10-15 minute wait to just order in the morning is beyond me. My tip: drive the extra miles and go elsewhere.

This is a consistently horrible and frustrating experience. This location is very close to me, and as such, I sometimes forget not to go here. But I'm reminded of it immediately. I would walk out the door after waiting so long (20 minutes is normal), but I always order online through the app. So, leaving is giving away money. Consistently, they can't find my order (probably lost in the pile of receipts for online orders that are scattered everywhere), and when they finally get it (after I tell them what it was), the order is not right. Consistently. It is really amazing that an experience can be so predictably bad. It is well worth it to drive a few miles down the road to the Dunkin on route 40. They always have my order ready, and it's accurate and quick. This Marriottsville Rd place is an absolute embarrassment and whoever manages it should not be permitted to have a franchise. Note: I have refrained from writing online reviews because I believe in giving people second chances. But now my wife has had the same experience, as have neighbors. People need to know: Until this place changes, avoid it unless you want to have your morning ruined.

This was the worst Dunkin Donuts in the USA I would give it zero stars if that was allowed. they moved to a new location right down the street and I would give it. 5 stars now. drive the extra 5-10 minutes if you need DD this seriously is a horrible run franchise I can't believe DD allowed it to use their name.

Worse Dunkin's ever. Been there several times. Service is terrible. Place not clean. It was run better at their original location. Only needed a drive thru there. I was there yesterday at around 10 am and trash was all over the place where you walked into the store. I didn't see 1 clean table inside and I had to ask for help even though 2 ladies were about 4 feet away from me talking. Hoping others are having better experiences.
