Whistlestop Cafe - Matlock Bath

Lovely and quiet. Plus the tea was superb. Great little spot when you get off the train at Matlock Bath.

Had a lovely few hours here yesterday (our first visit to whistlestop) really great time had by us (little boy is 5). We made a bird box and got great advice and expert knowledge from the staff as to where to put it etc. Would definitely book on an event here again. Thank you

Charming little cafe that supports great causes. It's conveniently located in the main stay parking area for Matlock. The staff are fantastic, and the drinks are excellent. There's plenty of space to sit, both indoors and outdoors, and you can even watch the trains pass by!

What a wonderful place! The staff here offers free refills on water, which made me feel so grateful. It's such a nice idea! After visiting places (especially with kids) that refuse to provide water refills—even when you've purchased a bottled water—this establishment is a refreshing change. The team here sets a great example for others. We need more places like this!

Nice little caffe. it is a good place to take a bite before they catch the train.
