The food was excellent, but there was a shortage of staff which caused delays.
I was extremely disappointed with my order from this restaurant. I had just left the other location on Central Ave. and I can't even put into words how let down I was. I tried calling the store to speak with the manager and explain the issue, but he was incredibly rude to me. On top of that, I didn't receive a receipt from the app or the store, and when I asked him to correct my order, he refused. He kept me waiting on the phone and overall, it was a frustrating experience. My advice: just make your own chicken at home.
Ordered the large thighbites combo, was absolutely astounded at the amount of chicken delivered. It was a truly amazing deal
We ordered at 11:50 and was told about 15min we got our order at 12:20. The picture is of the ice tea that I was given. As you can tell there was no tea just water. I took it up to the counter and the staff member took it dumped it and threw the cupaway. She never said sorry would you like something different. I find that so very rude as I didn't matter . I sat and waitedfor something to be done about it. After about 10min I went back up and told them to take my food off as I no longer wanted it. She looked confused and turned to the manager told him what was going on. He checked the tea machine and said it was okay. Itold that was not true and took him back up and showed him. At that time he gave me the money back. Offered to five me thewings for free and I told him no thanks. They gave me the wings and fries for free. Offered me something else to drink Irefused. I give manager alot of credit for making it right. Never got an apology from the staff member
