Bodega Tavern & Kitchen - McAllen

Great food and ambiance. This place never disappoints.

We had never tried Brunch, and we have absolutely no regrets. The food was GREAT! We will definitely continue visiting for Brunch and recommending Bodega.

I like Bodega. The quality of the appetizers is consistently good, though I am not the biggest fan of their entrees. You cannot really go there with vegetarian or vegan folks because of the limited options. I hope the chef would improve and expand his skill set a bit in that direction. The staff is attentive. Happy Hour offers are great.

The food was delicious. It was upscale dining, with a fancy burger. The prices were higher than typically found in the valley, but I think the food is worth it. Our server was incredibly attentive, with numerous suggestions. The ambiance is very hipster, the restaurant would not be out of place in a Brooklyn neighborhood.

They didn’t have food. We tried to order several items of the menu and didn’t have any. Not even soup of the day. Very disappointed
