The Forest Restaurants - Mcdougall

This restaurant is part of the Grand Tappattoo Resort. We went on a Monday evening and we were seated in an entire section by ourselves. There were two other families in the dining area but they both had entire sections as well. Which made it difficult in tracking down our server when necessary like asking for a spoon a third time... . I had pasta, my wife had the turkey sandwich and our son had the grilled cheese. They both had soups as well. The food was great! We sampled each others and were very pleased. Two stars were subtracted due to hairs being found in our menus under the plastic , drink sizes $3 for a pop and it didn't say if it was refillable, but then you'd have to track down the server to get it refilled... , and the lack of staff attention. You know, somewhere in the distance where you could flag them down if needed. One final mention, we told our server we were excited about the Roast Beef special they have posted on their website. She stated that it doesn't exist...

Great food, great service, nice food on the water best!
