Mr.tako - McKinney

There are countless taco spots and restaurants in the DFW area, but if you haven't been to Mr. Tako in McKinney, you need to go soon! I tried the barbacoa, carnitas, and pastor tacos on flour tortillas and they were absolutely delicious. The rice was also fantastic. The tacos may be small, but they are packed with flavor. Even as a big eater, I left feeling satisfied. I will definitely be returning to Mr. Tako!

I am a regular customer at this restaurant, but I have had two orders messed up in the past week. Not only that, I found hair in my food multiple times. When I asked for a refund because of my dissatisfaction, the owner, Moses, told me it would take 40 minutes to resolve the issue. The fried and tacos were stale and dry, and I do not recommend spending your money here. The restaurant next door has better food variety and customer service, and the burgers are tastier.

I have been to this restaurant 3 times. The first time I tried the carnitas and hard-shell ripening tacos. The second time I had some delicious appetizers and Texas nachos. On my third visit, I ordered the bark enchilada plate with queso and more carnitas tacos. The food was consistently great each time and I never had to wait long for my meal. I am already planning to come back and try more items from their taco menu. I wish I had taken photos of the other dishes, but it slipped my mind. I did manage to get some pictures on my third visit though.

Eating is amazing and much better than everywhere. definitiw will be back with my family. the service was fast. everyone was super nice.

I eat here about twice a week because it’s down the street from my job. great customer service! the chicken street tacos are definitely one of my favorite things! ?
