Store 54 - Melrose

Staff can be rude and keep you waiting. I was waiting for service one visit and had four staff members walk past me before one decided to do the task. Everything is a bit expensive however the fuel is reasonably priced. There is a fair choice of products in the small supermarket section. Won't visit unless I have to.

Friendly, helpful staff, beautiful food with lots of variety, actual store is lovely to look at. Would highly recommend!

Coffee is always ALWAYS excellent. The menu is plentiful. There is a wide range of groceries. And their service is incredible. I'd give it a 6/5 if I could. If you're travelling through Melrose, make sure you stop at Store54.

This store has potential but is lacking on every level. I have tried it again and again but will not be back. 1. Coffee is boiling hot and off tasting. Please train yourselves on how to make coffee. 2. Pastries. Most of the selection is alternative. So if you're a farmer and hungry you're likely only be offered a spinach pie, no meat pies, well maybe 1 early in the am. 3. Want a take away? Let's pack it in the least efficient way so that when you're walking out the store it will all fall apart. 4. Gravy? Old and cold. I nearly took it back instead it went straight into the bin. 5. Looking for something healthy. A nice sandwich roll, a salad. Think again. 6. Instead of serving us customers let the workers chat about their personal business to each other and about others while waiting to be served. Awesome..

We bought bread cheese ham and salad to have picnic lunch in the beautiful park that was adjacent. The service was friendly and the store clean and well stocked. The fruit and veg was fresh and well displayed.
